Kula Abundance Tour, Sunday, May 7, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Kula Cloth is Hosting a Fundraiser for Washington State Parks and Giving Away Outdoor Gear from More than 20 Brands. During the tour, Kula Cloth will be giving away free gear from over 20 industry partners including a tent from Gossamer Gear, day packs from Gregory and Hoka, a gift card from Garage Grown Gear, a bear vault, water bottles, outdoor clothing, down socks, outdoor books, backpacking meals and more. Sundays in the Park 2023, Sunday, May 7, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Join one of the most popular open-air markets in the City of Lacey! This family-friendly, pet-friendly event features live music, food trucks, activities, and local small business owners from around the PNW. Listen to local entertainers while shopping from over 40 vendors with a wide variety of products! Christian Women's Connection May Luncheon, Tuesday, May 9, 12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Christian Women's Connection is having their May Day Luncheon on Tuesday, May 9, at 12:00 noon at Panorama. It will be in The Gallery beside Seventeen51 Restaurant & Bistro, 1751 Circle Lane SE in Lacey. Enjoy a delicious lunch of Chicken Pot Pie, green salad, and carrot cake. BIPOC Ceramics Classes at Arbutus Folk School, Tuesday, May 9, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
This course is designed to provide an artistic and creative space for community members who are Black, Indigenous, and people of color to make connections and explore clay together. Taught by Mariella Luz of m.bueno pottery, this course will focus on the primary skills of wheel throwing, including centering, trimming, surface decoration, and glazing. History Talks! Lacey Historical Society 1980-2023, Tuesday, May 9, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Historical Societies form in a variety of ways. Come and learn about the Lacey Historical Society and their legacy from historian and researcher, Tracy Rebstock. What has the Society done over the years? How can you see their presence in Lacey? Community Farm Land Trust's LOCALvore, Wednesday, May 10
Be a Community Farm Land Trust (CFLT0) LOCALvore! Join the celebration of local businesses supporting farmland preservation in the South Sound. CFLT is excited to be hosting the 3rd annual LOCALvore event in Olympia, WA. LOCALvore is a Shop/Dine/Drink Out Event where local businesses have committed to donating a portion of their sales for the day to CFLT.
