Indoor Yard Sale & Car Wash, Saturday, August 17, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Faith Lutheran Youth Group is raising funds for their National Youth Gathering trip to New Orleans next summer. You may find tools, garage needs, household items, lots of new products, electronics, and more. Summer Institute: Oral History for the Classroom and Community, August 16-17, 9:30 – 12:30 p.m.
Learn how to lead a community-based oral history project in your classroom or community. Participants grow skills in project development, archival research methods, oral history interviewing, audio recording, and ethical best practices for documenting community and family histories. Tumwater Artesian Brewfest 2024, Saturday, August 17
Calling all beer and wine lovers! Tumwater Artesian Brewfest is just around the corner, August 17, 2024. This one-of-a-kind event, hosted by the Tumwater Valley Golf Course, will feature over 40 different breweries, cideries, and distilleries for attendees to sample. Click this link for more details.

 Eco Fair & Art Festival at Good Shepherd, Saturday, August 17, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Aptly themed “What on Earth Can YOU Do?”, the event will promote climate change awareness and sustainable practices. This event will feature inspiring speakers, local artists & crafters, a variety of eco-focused vendors, EV cars, kids’ activities, on-site electronics recycling, plant-based food, and more. Grand Oly Opry, Saturday, August 17
