We are now approaching the third week of November. Let us see what this week has to offer. 

Salmon Viewing at Bayshore Preserve, November 5-13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Capitol Land Trust and Puget Sound Estuarium are teaming up to support your salmon viewing journey! Fall chum return to Bayshore Preserves every year in an exciting display of resilience. Join at the Bayshore Preserve on November 5, 6, 11, 12, and 13 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm to learn more about salmon and the restoration work at the preserve and view the salmon using underwater camera technology. These events are family-friendly. Spanish interpretation will be provided Saturday, November 5, and Sunday, November 6. Two tours of Bayshore Preserve will be hosted on Sunday, November 6 at 12:30 pm and Saturday, November 12 at 10:30 am. Click this link for more details.

The Moors by Jen Silverman, November 11,12,14,18,19,20, from 7:30 p.m.

The Moors by Jen Silverman is a dark comedy that follows two sisters, a maid, and a dog who live isolated on the bleak English moors. With the arrival of a governess and a moor-hen, their lives take a strange and dangerous turn. The play explores themes of love, desperation, and visibility. Click this link for more details.

Reclamation: A Community Festival, November 12, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

RECLAMATION is a community gathering that kicks off the new life of the historic Tacoma Armory and marks its transformation from a fortress to a central hub for arts and culture. A Night of Elvis, November 12

Robbie Dee, a Seattle-based Elvis tribute artist, and impersonator, first became a fan of Elvis when he was a child growing up in Edmonds, Washington, and saw the movie "Blue Hawaii." Robbie quickly started acquiring Elvis recordings and singing along. He would fantasize about playing this music, which he adored, in front of an audience. Click this link for more details. 

"Olympia: A True Story" with Tom Dyer and The True Olympians, November 15, 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Join us for a musical evening with Tom Dyer and The True Olympians, who will tell the convoluted tale of the making of their new album, "Olympia: A True Story," a 40-song history album of the greater Olympia area, which was conceived and produced during the pandemic over the last 3 years.
