Recipe: Grilled Chicken Thighs -- easy, quick and delicious

Posted

My mother loved chicken. Growing up, she served chicken at least four times a week. I still enjoy chicken today.

While I typically prefer chicken breast meat, in recent weeks, I rediscovered chicken thighs, and they are delicious. They are flavorful, juicy, and tender, and they cook quickly.

It's barbeque season, and I prefer to cook these outside on the grill. Here is my new go-to recipe:

Ingredients

2 packages of fresh boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 8)
2/3 Cup of Worcestershire sauce
2/3 Cup of reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1-2 drops of hot sauce

Instructions

Combine the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and hot sauce in a jar and mix thoroughly.

Marinate the chicken thighs in the Worcestershire and soy sauce mixture for 2-4 hours.

Grill the marinated chicken on high heat on the grill, turning to cook evenly. This usually takes about 15 minutes.

Enjoy!
