On 7/5/24 at 8:30 p.m. in the 12400 block of Old Highway 99 SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Grant Harrison Kucharski, 31, on suspicion of reckless driving.

On 7/5/24 at 7:51 p.m. in the Thurston County Corrections Facility, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jessica Lyn Maldonado, 38, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 7/5/24 at 2:31 p.m. in the 5400 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Daniel Swan, 51, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 7/5/24 at 10:50 a.m. in the 100 block of 93rd Avenue SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bernd Hansrainer Walter, 33, on suspicions of 1) harassment – threat to kill, 2) 1st degree burglary, and 3) 2nd degree assault.

On 7/5/24 at 1:00 a.m. in the 600 block of College Street SE/7th Avenue SE, police arrested Shawnte L. Cardwell, 52, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/5/24 at 1:38 a.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Zachery R. Kane, 32, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/5/24 at 2:14 a.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Eric P. Palladino, 33, on suspicions of 1) out-of-town felony warrant, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 7/5/24 at 4:39 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Pierce Kaden Assmus, 18, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 7/5/24 at 7:00 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Matthew Franklin Winslow, 42, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 7/5/24 at 10:55 p.m. in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Isaac Reed Corson, 20, on suspicion of 2nd degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/5/24 at 12:11 a.m. in the 2500 block of 27th Avenue SW, police arrested James Evan Erlandson, 75, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree assault, 2) harassment, and 3) aiming or discharging firearms dangerous weapons.

On 7/5/24 at 12:41 a.m. in the 3400 block of Mary Elder Road NE, police arrested James Patrick Farnam, 34, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree assault, and 2) malicious harassment – hate crime.

On 7/5/24 at 9:17 a.m. in the 300 block of Cushing Street NW, police arrested Michael A. Summerlin, 53, on suspicion of 2nd degree malicious mischief.

On 7/5/24 at 1:24 p.m. in the 3400 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Wendy A. Adkins, 61, on suspicions of 1) possession of stolen property, and 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 7/5/24 at 2:56 p.m. in the 100 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Arizona L. Orr, 33, on suspicion of possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance.

On 7/5/24 at 10:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Wilmington Drive Dupont, police arrested Nigel Marca Austin, 51, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/5/24 at 11:20 p.m. in the 300 block of State Avenue NE/Adams Street NE, police arrested Austin Michael Jones, 25, on suspicion of a no contact order violation.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/5/24 at 3:19 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony James Nelson, 35, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/5/24 at 3:15 p.m. in the 10400 block of Walmart Boulevard SE, police arrested Kevin Porter Bingaman, 34, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia.

On 7/5/24 at 7:00 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested theft shoplifting.
