There are more and more like this fellow wandering around Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater each year. They scream at the trees, wander out into traffic, or sitting at intersections begging for drug money. Yet illegal migrants are provided for much better than the elderly and homeless by the Inslee administration. Ask yourself how many millions have been provided in grants from the Feds and the State - where did it go, what good was gained?
