Tumwater's 18th Annual Screen on the Green

What better way to spend summer nights in the PNW than in an open-air cinema? Grab a blanket, pack a picnic, and join fellow park-goers for a family-friendly movie under the stars. 

Screen on the Green is more than just an outdoor movie experience. It is an inclusive space that celebrates community connections and encourages young and old to get outside and enjoy the natural beauty of our parks. Kona Ice will be on-site to satisfy your sweet tooth with its premium shaved ice (available for purchase). Along with the movies, enjoy free popcorn, children’s activities, trivia, and movie-themed giveaways. 

The series is FREE and kicks off on the 3rd Friday in July. Bring along chairs and blankets, but please leave grills, umbrellas, and pets at home. Movie screenings begin at dusk.
