Thurston County Sheriff’s Office
On 7/24/24 at 3:40 a.m. in the Harrison Ace NW and Division Street NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Artour Youri Chmorgoun, 39, on suspicions of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) driving under the influence, 3) unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic, and 4) possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 7/24/24 at 7:04 a.m. in the 8400 block of 178th Avenue SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Jesse Saul, 20, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree theft, and 2) 2nd degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
On 7/24/24 at 11:00 a.m. in the JBLM, Sheriff’s deputies arrested 1) 4th degree assault, 2) harassment – threat to kill, 3) unlawful imprisonment, and 4) 2nd degree assault – strangulation.
On 7/24/24 at 7:30 p.m. in the 6900 block of Holes Island Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Derle Wayne Mickler, 46, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree criminal trespass, 2) displaying weapon, and 3) 3rd degree theft.
On 7/24/24 at 7:58 p.m. in the 4700 block of 47th Avenue Southeast, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mason Andrew Blair, 22, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and 2) theft of a firearm.

On 7/24/24 at 2:03 a.m. in the 4400 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Lisa A. Hooks, 50, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 7/24/24 at 9:55 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Josh W. Nash, 45, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.
On 7/24/24 at 10:59 p.m. in the 4900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Bradley Michael Shilley, 38, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/24/24 at 12:42 a.m. in the 900 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested Nicholas O’Brian Bournes, 34, on suspicion of a felony warrant.
On 7/24/24 at 9:28 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Brandon C. Wescott, 47, on suspicions of 1) pedestrian interference, and 2) false statement to public servant.
On 7/24/24 at 8:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Plum Street SE/8th Avenue SE, police arrested Erick Perez Chavez, 31, on suspicion of possession or under the influence of unlawful drug.
On 7/24/24 at 11:11 p.m. in the 3200 block of 21st Avenue SW, police arrested Michael P. Murphy, 54, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 7/24/24 at 2:23 a.m. in the 200 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Brian Myung Sik Kirkbride, 42, on suspicion of 3rd degree malicious mischief.
On 7/24/24 at 7:13 a.m. in the 6600 block of Linderson Way SW, police arrested Shannon M. Tompkins, 42, on suspicion of protection order violation.
Yelm Police Department
On 7/24/24 at 12:55 a.m. in the 16600 block of Canal Road SE, police arrested Charlie Robert Jackson, 33, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 7/24/24 at 5:37 a.m. in the 800 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Bryan D. Athay, 47, on suspicions of 1) use of drug paraphernalia, and 2) offenses in public.
