Police blotter for Tuesday, Sept. 8

Olympia Police Department

At 2:08 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Dimitri P. Squire, 36, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

At 3:08 a.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Edward T. Weber, 56, on suspicion of driving without a license.

At 5:04 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of College Street Northeast, police arrested Michael Behrend, 40, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 10:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jamal M. Brown, 41, on suspicion of failure to comply.

At 10:22 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Courtside Street Southwest, police arrested Marcos S. Shanta, 19, on suspicion of second-degree burglary and resisting arrest.

At 11:21 a.m. Tuesday at 11th Avenue and Capitol Way, police arrested Christian W. Walsh, 22, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 6:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Fern Street Southwest, police arrested Jody D. Henderson, 26, on suspicion of felony harassment.

At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Richard W. Maier, 65, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

Tumwater Police Department

At 10:48 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Second Avenue Southwest, police arrested Timothy D. Williams, 54, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

Lacey Police Department

At 2:43 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Anthony A. Ricci, 53, on suspicion of reckless driving and two counts of hit and run.

At 5:59 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast, police arrested Aleyna M. Shaw, 23, on suspicion of shoplifting.

At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 4700 block of Park Center Avenue Northeast, police arrested Brandon W. Craypo, 35, on suspicion of second-degree arson.

Yelm Police Department

At 7:03 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of First Street, police arrested Ashley A. Conroy, 28, on suspicion of driving without a license and failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
