Olympia Police Department

At 11:45 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested Woodie A. Logan, 39, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 12:26 p.m. Thursday in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Danny L. Paschich, 49, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

At 2:34 p.m. Thursday at milepost 113 on Northbound Interstate 5, police arrested Sean K. Phillips, 21, Qwen D. Phillips, 20, and “Jane Doe”, 18, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

At 7:43 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Matthew C. Hickerson, 25, on suspicion of vehicle prowl.

At 7:53 p.m. Thursday in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Matthew C. Hickerson, 25, on suspicion of failure to appear in court.

Lacey Police Department

At 5:19 a.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Ruddell Road Southeast, police arrested Kyle L. Santos, 28, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 4800 block of Ruddell Road Southeast, police arrested Kyle D. Neary, 34, on suspicion of driving under the influence. 

At 10:05 p.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of Bali Street Northeast, police arrested Alan R. Kenoyer, 39, on suspicion of harassment.

At 11:11 p.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Carina M. Paniagua, 40, on suspicion of misdemeanor theft.

Tumwater Police Department

At 6:25 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Tumwater Boulevard Southeast, police arrested Tyler L. Goodwin, 34, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

At 3:40 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of First Street South, police arrested Jeffrey M. Miller, 43, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

At 7:01 p.m. Thursday in the 9100 block of Cary Street Southeast, police arrested Pamela J. Leal, 40, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.
