On 5/12/22 at 8:00 a.m. at the Cowlitz County Jail, Sheriff's deputies arrested Max Elgin Fiest, 32, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 2) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver cocaine and 3) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver heroin.
On 5/12/22 at 5:50 p.m. in the 17900 block of Bonnie Ln SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Broc Richard Hertwig, 22, on suspicion of violation of a protection order.
