Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 09/11/22 at 10:45 p.m. on Case Rd SW/113th Ave SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Jacob Alan Ashby, 30, on suspicion of 1) making or possession of auto theft tools, 2) eluding a police vehicle, 3) resisting arrest, 4) obstructing a law enforcement officer and 5) possession of stolen vehicle.

On 09/11/22 at 10:14 a.m. in the 10700 block of Vancil Rd SE, police arrested Brandon Allen Lee, 24, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/11/22 at 4:14 p.m. in the 5000 block of 50th Ave SE, police arrested Kha Danh Ray-Magers, 21, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 09/11/22 at 3:45 p.m. in the 5500 block of College Glen Loop SE, police arrested Leslie Sherrie Barrow, 51, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 09/11/22 at 3:40 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Hwy SE, police arrested Iman Ghorbani, 34, on suspicion of harassment.

Olympia Police Department

On 09/11/22 at 6:15 p.m. in the 100 block of 5th Ave SW, police arrested Kenneth M Stenek, 37, on suspicion of 1) failure to appear, 2) property damage, 3) pedestrian interference, 4) obstructing an officer and 5) resisting arrest.

On 09/11/22 at 2:39 p.m. in the 200 block of Franklin St NE, police arrested Peter James Davis, 47, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 09/11/22 at 5:32 a.m. in the 100 block of Water St NW/4th Ave W, police arrested Garrett R Poliquin, 32, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 09/11/22 at 2:36 a.m. in the 200 block of Kaiser Rd NW, police arrested Kyle Michael Wood, 24, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Tumwater Police Department

On 09/11/22 at 4:24 p.m. in the 5200 block of Capitol Blvd S, police arrested Samuel D Acosta, 30, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/11/22 at 3:40 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Hwy SE, police arrested Iman Ghorbani, 34, on suspicion of harassment.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
