On 02/04/23 at 6:00 p.m. in the 9300 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff's deputies arrested Justin Allen Macmillan, 32, on suspicion of 1) hit and run accident/injury, 2) first-degree malicious mischief, 3) possession of drug paraphernalia, 4) third-degree driving while license suspended, 5) theft of motor vehicle, 6) eluding a police vehicle and 7) a felony warrant.

On 02/04/23 at 8:55 p.m. in the 200 block of Lilly Rd NE, police arrested Justin Dean Cutsinger, 24, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.
On 02/04/23 at 8:48 p.m. in the 100 block of I-5 Northbound Exit 111, police arrested Israel O Roberts, 21, on suspicion of 1) second-degree kidnapping and 2) fourth-degree assault.
On 02/04/23 at 6:10 p.m. in the 4700 block of Herman Rd SE, police arrested David Alan Rashott, 54, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 02/04/23 at 3:21 a.m. in the 1100 block of Olympia Ave NE, police arrested Nicholas A Johnson, 28, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 02/04/23 at 12:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jason Lee Luther, 51, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft and 2) obstructing an officer.

On 02/04/23 at 6:41 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Odessa Mae Jones Anderson, 40, on suspicion of third-degree theft.
On 02/04/23 at 3:47 p.m. in the 9100 block of Bridge Rd SE, police arrested Lloyd E Shaffer, 45, on an out-of-town warrant.
