On 01/02/23 at 3:04 a.m. in the 3100 block of Overhulse Rd NW, Sheriff's deputies arrested David Allen Roth, 33, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 01/02/23 at 2:06 a.m. on 24th Ave NE/Southbay Rd NE, Sheriff's deputies arrested David Alan Stephens, 36, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
