On 2/12/24 at 9:25 PM in the 1000 block of Hensley, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Melynda Sue Davis-Orr, 29, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 2/12/24 at 9:21 AM in the Thurston County Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sara Fay Shalhoob, 37, on suspicion of no contact order violation.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/12/24 at 12:47 AM in the 8200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Marcus Christopher Yates, 79, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/12/24 at 1:18 AM in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Rebecca Nora Moks, 36, on suspicion of 1st degree trespassing.

On 2/12/24 at 2:28 AM in the 8000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Heather Lynn Gilkey, 31, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/12/24 at 4:00 AM in the 1500 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Ratisami Sauleoge Futi, 40, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/12/24 at 6:33 AM in the 4000 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Levi Cruze Acosta, 31, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 2/12/24 at 10:09 PM in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested James Dean Haas, 58, on suspicion of 1st degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/12/24 at 2:34 AM in the 1700 block of Kempton Street SE, police arrested Alta Katherine Corcilius, 29, on suspicion of harassment – threats to kill.

On 2/12/24 at 10:22 AM in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Michael W. Thornton, 42, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/12/24 at 2:19 PM in the 400 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Claude Richard McFarland, 47, on suspicions of 1) pedestrian interference, 2) misdemeanor warrant, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
