It's almost time for the 12th annual Living Well, Living Long event! The theme this year is "Healthy Aging: Stepping Outside the Box".
The Olympia Senior Action Network (SAN) is honored to have Dr. Jessica Van Fleet-Green and Donna Oiland join our event as Keynote Speakers and an exciting lineup of Breakout sessions.
The sessions this year will include a Virtual Reality experience, a mini Death Cafe with Glenn Harper, and annual favorites such as Zumba and information on Medicare/Insurance. Fall Risk Assessments will be provided by Physical Therapists from Assured Home Health and Providence Sound Homecare throughout the morning. SAn will offer light lunch and snacks, however, if you have specific dietary needs or restrictions, they ask that you come prepared with your food. This is a free event (a voluntary $10 donation can be made online or at the door), although a reservation is required.
