Olympia Garden Club Meeting

Olympia Garden Club provides education, resources, and networking opportunities to promote gardening and floral design. They also serve the community with various projects to help beautify and maintain public areas. Visitors are welcome at the club meetings at Gull Harbor Lutheran Church, 4610 Boston Harbor Rd—NE in Olympia.

The next meeting is March 28. Gather at 9:30 a.m. with a social time and sales of plants donated by members. Meetings begin at 10 a.m.; they include a business portion, a review of horticulture samples from members’ gardens, a report on the habits of various birds, and a floral design of the month. They will also honor all Former Presidents at this meeting with a special Tea. Dan and Erika Tallman, retired professors from Northern State University, will present the program “Bird Banding in a Backyard Garden”.
