North Thurston High School honors top students

North Thurston High School honored its students who have distinguished themselves through their achievements and scholarships earlier this month, on June 5, at the school’s Koval Performing Arts Center.

Among the recognitions given were scholarships from various sources, such as Skip Scroggins Scholarship given to Chris Towne, the ROTC scholarship for Jordyn Harn at Gonzaga University, and other free rides given by other community partners and foundations.

Also given were school recognitions to students from the different school departments, as well as awards to the top seniors about to graduate.
