Update: Accused harasser faced court today on unrelated matter from last summer

Arraignment for harassment case scheduled for Monday

The man accused of harassing an elderly Olympia couple over the past two years and who was arrested early yesterday morning could not be arraigned on that case yesterday after he pointed out a potential conflict of interest to the judge, who promptly recused himself.

That stretched out the matter for an additional day. The recording of the brief hearing is below this story.

Brought before the court yesterday afternoon, Petrozzi asked Judge Howser to recuse himself from the case., stating that Howser had a conflict of interest, as Howser formerly represented Petrozzi’s deceased inlaws in Petrozzi’s child custody hearing.

Judge Howser recused himself from the matter, and the court scheduled Thurston County Superior Court Commissioner Paul Wohl to hold the arraignment of Petrozzi today instead.

Court Commissioner Wohl established probable cause of criminal trespass in a separate outstanding matter concerning Intercity Transit at their downtown bus terminal on July 9, 2020, and also established two no-contact orders for the elderly couple who Petrozzi has been accused of repeatedly.

Petrozzi interrupted the court several times today, stating that he was serving the couple with legal documents concerning a U.S. Supreme Court matter in which he said they were involved.

The Olympia prosecutor mentioned that Petrozzi had threatened a Thurston County Superior Court Judge in 2014.  There is an active restraining order against Petrozzi in that case.

Court Commissioner Wohl set bail of the criminal trespass case for $1,000 and bail for the harassment case at $25,000. Petrozzi told the court that he did not expect to make bail.

In filing a not-guilty plea for the criminal trespass charge against Intercity Transit, Petrozzi told the court that he was unemployed, and wanted to have the assistance of counsel through the city’s public defenders office but not be fully represented in the matter.

Wohl set a full arrangement hearing of Petrozzi on the harassment charges of the elderly couple for Monday, April 19, 2021.

Actually this is a public safety matter where James Flynn is responsible for a rape setup through the state of Washington. It further exposed the black eye of the fraudulent ran mental health system through the state of Washington to the United States Supreme Court endangering all people in society. It’s not hard to recognize places scum through out the Olympia Lacey Tumwater area especially if you’ve lived here those entire life. Which makes a whole lot of sense written on this site. The lawsuit is well over 80 billion and the absurd-ness of the amount only ways on the inability to follow United States Federal Code, State Law and Policy and Procedure to follow “IMMEDIATE/IMMEDIATELY”... this entire article is nothing but word for word information coming from the statements made by the Flynn’s. No one has ever threatened James Flynn and he has intact been told to Call the police many times. (That way there is a record of him being served) I don’t run from police, so I’ve even offered to call them myself anytime their is an issue. If you’d love to do a current follow up, you can call me (360) 561-6263. We can talk about why Godaddy removed my website? How come AT&T blames Apple for my cellphones being Compromised, why T-Mobile is denying they’ve sold me certain cellphones I have....and whom was downloading my phone information into ITunes while I was fraudulently incarcerated(relating to thee entire suit) and then uploading it into my current IPhone with a different carrier.(Another one of those Compromised phones) or better yet maybe we can talk about Officer Seig and how she believes there’s magic bags that will stop your phone from being hacked while placed in them? Or? The list goes on and on...
