A lot of oversimplification going on here. There are a number of causes for homelessness. Until we get a handle on those causes and figure out ways to deal with them, talk is just that - talk. Addiction and/or mental illness cannot be treated the same as a simple wish not to work. If I had the answers, I'd be shouting them out!
