Removing the ditch district would remove an unneeded nightmare of a beaurcracy. Their staff have accomplished nothing in the last 20 plus years and there is no reason they should still be around. Mat Jackman is not even remotely qualified to run any operation let alone one with environmental impacts. His zesty demeanor is a recipe for frog disaster.
