the truth is that jesse Heal doesnt deserve to be in jail for this incident. based on the eye witness accounts of this event and the video that blatently shows the alledged victim throwing at least 3 punches before Jesse elbows the victim knocking him out. Jesse Heal acted purely in self defense. plus the victim was/is on active probation and would have been facing his 3rd strick if he had gotten charged with any sort of assault. the victim started the whole incident and should honestly be the one behind bars.
