Look the car isn't stolen, it's actually mine and it was my boyfriend that was driving it. I bought it from my friend and there's a bill of sale and she bought it at pull a part wrecking yard and I've got that paperwork too. With covid it's been extremely difficult to get an appointment for state patrol to inspect it so I can get plates for it. My trip permit was legal except I had forgotten to mark the month and dates by accident and even have the receipt for that permit to prove it. Stop being so judgemental and jumping to the worst conclusions.
