How about those involved with zoning and planning start requiring all the huge housing developments with houses starting at $300,000+ include housing for all income levels. They are basically all white not due to a covenant but by a checking account. Also disabled, seniors. I looked at a new HUD and IRS benefitted 55+ development clearly only for the very rich. They get public money yet unless you have huge bank account and credit rating....keep driving or get back on bus. Oh wait - no bus stops. Out by state park. So basically all white. Why do city and county planning commissions and city councils not fix this? Because they live there??????
