The Thurston County Board of Commissioners can mull this all the want but in the end they can pound sand. I live in the County because I do not want to comply with the greedy draconian rules of the city. This is a blatant attempt to devise a way to pry a little more more money out of my wallet and giving nothing in return... Line drawn...
