These are all excellent points that Priscilla Terry makes. I own a few rentals in Thurston County and am mortified at the direction that new laws and regulations are placing on who I can and MUST rent to. Rentals and real estate can be a good investment, but they must be managed properly. And owners take a huge amount of risk; one major repair - heck, even just a bad tenant - can wipe out a year or more of profits in a finger snap. Please let owners manage their own properties.
