As Gary’s accompanist for 18 years and friend for 25 years, I can attest to his deep love for the choral art and genuine care for people. This combination produced beautiful music every concert, but more importantly it cultivated long lasting connections among choir members. Some of my closet friends come from MCE, and that is directly related to the magic that Gary has created. I will miss playing under his direction, as our musical connection was beautiful and effortless. Happy retirement Gary! Relax and enjoy the music from a new view!
