This weekly report covers single-family home sales in Thurston County over the past week. 

There were 76 sales completed from Sunday, April 18 through Saturday, April 24, 2021.  The median sales price of these properties was $439,375 or $253.12 per square foot. 

The average length of time on the market for these properties was 8.3 days including four properties that were on the market for 50 or more days. 

Excluding those four properties, the other 72 houses were on the market for an average of only 4.7 days.
