Thurston County’s Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) reported arresting a suspect for possession of a large quantity of alleged fentanyl pills.
In a social media post earlier today, TCSO said that the Narcotics Task Force was sent to investigate a tip given to Sheriff Derek Sanders on April 16 about a person in the south county area “pictured with a large quantity of suspected fentanyl pills.”
Further investigation by the task force revealed that a narcotics task force from a neighboring area was also looking into the person for guns and narcotics.
Thurston County narcotics detectives arrested the suspect a day later.
