On 9/23/26 at 2:24 a.m. in the area of 93rd Avenue and Littlerock Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested John Richard Cabell, 34, on suspicion of first-degree driving while license suspended.

On 9/23/26 at 3:36 a.m. in the area of Highway 101, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brittany Mae Kleinbrook, 42, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic.

On 9/23/26 at 3:36 a.m. in the area of Mud Bay Park N Ride, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Branden Fox, 44, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 2) possession of drug paraphernalia, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 4) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

On 9/23/26 at 5:44 p.m. in the 7400 block of Greenridge Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Lambert Ones, 78, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 9/23/26 at 7:14 p.m. in the area of Tilley Road S and 93rd Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Gary Wade Woodcock, 39, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) trip permit violation, and 3) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.

On 9/23/26 at 11:05 p.m. in the area of Interstate 5 near Trosper Road, sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Wayne Roberts, 42, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, 3) failure to obey police officer, and 4) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

On 9/23/26 at 11:48 p.m. in the area of Martin Way E and Ensign Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Lee Cooper, 56, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/23/26 at 1:26 a.m. in the 300 block of State Avenue NE and Adams Street NE, police arrested Isaac John Ackerman, 31, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) hit and run unattended.

On 9/23/26 at 12:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Jayme Charlott Viamontes, 40, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) reckless burning.

On 9/23/26 at 6:34 p.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue W and Capitol Way N, police arrested James Sweeney, 44, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 9/23/26 at 7:01 p.m. in the 400 block of 7th Avenue SE and Jefferson Street SE, police arrested Colton John Wentz, 40, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 9/23/26 at 7:23 p.m. in the 700 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested Laura Marie Engelhardt, 37, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/23/26 at 7:30 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Shea M. Messicksouza, 36, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) possession of controlled substance without prescription, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/23/26 at 7:32 p.m. in the 400 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Christopher Samson Neemia, 28, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 9/23/26 at 8:03 p.m. in the 900 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested Max Thurston Kamperin, 50, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/23/26 at 11:45 p.m. in the 500 block of 5th Avenue SW, police arrested Cody Howard Johnson, 57, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/23/26 at 9:39 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Kristopher Michael Mallotte, 39, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/23/26 at 4:27 a.m. in the 16300 block of Birkland Street SE, police arrested Kia Jacques Brantley, 43, on suspicion of harassment.

On 9/23/26 at 10:06 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Anthony Hernandez-Govea, 24, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
