On 11/29/23 at 3:02 PM in the 18100 block of Old Highway 99 SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel John Baxter, 47, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree child rape and 2) 1st degree child molestation.

On 11/29/23 at 9:26 AM in the 41st Avenue NE/Boston Harbor Road NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Zachary Cushman, 38, on suspicion of harassment.

On 11/29/23 at 11:22 PM in the 3500 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Shinta Mulywaty Effendi, 37, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree identity theft, and 2) possession of stolen vehicle.

On 11/29/23 at 5:34 PM in the 4500 Ferndale CT SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Andrea Melanie Sparling, 69, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, and 2) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 11/29/23 at 3:29 AM in the 6900 block of Birdseye Avenue NE, police arrested Shawn Neil Thompson, 53, on suspicion of hit and run attended.

On 11/29/23 at 4:42 PM in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Rachelle Dova Cabe, 33, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 11/29/23 at 4:44 PM in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Tristen Joseph Allender, 29, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree driving with license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.

On 11/29/23 at 7:53 PM in the 500 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Rae Ann Barnes, 38, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 11/29/23 at 8:32 PM in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Elijah D. West, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 11/29/23 at 12:02 AM in the 8900 block of Wilkensen Road SE/91st Avenue SE, police arrested Matthew A. Hunt, 34, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 11/29/23 at 11:17 PM in the 9200 block of Burnett Road SE/Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Kenneth Russell Jadin, 55, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.
