On 12/27/23 at 2:58 AM in the I5 NB MP 91, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Colton Odaniel Lee, 34, on suspicions of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) 2nd degree assault, 3) unlawful imprisonment, 4) possession of stolen vehicle, and 5) no valid drivers license without proper identification.
On 12/27/23 at 11:18 AM in the 8700 Whitewood Loop SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Kenneth Systma, 33, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree malicious mischief, and 2) 4th degree assault.
On 12/27/23 at 2:02 PM in the 16500 Smith Prairie Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tanna Marie Morgan, 33, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, and 2) interfering with reporting of domestic violence.
On 12/27/23 at 3:22 PM in the 10100 block of Channel Drive NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Thomas Sims, 43, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree theft, and 2) residential burglary.
On 12/27/23 at 9:45 PM in the 8400 block of Prine Villa Lane SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Valerie Jean Paniagua, 41, on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic.

On 12/27/23 at 2:20 AM in the 400 block of Golf Club Road SE, police arrested Brandon David Patrick Brown, 30, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.
On 12/27/23 at 4:11 AM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road, police arrested Cody John Ward, 42, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/27/23 at 3:23 PM in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Renee Kay Burnsides, 60, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/27/23 at 10:00 AM in the 4900 block of 51st Lane SE, police arrested Mark S. Ask, 59, on suspicion of 2nd degree trespassing.
On 12/27/23 at 10:54 PM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Christopher A. Dilka, 42, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Yelm Police Department
On 12/27/23 at 12:37 AM in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Sylvia Tina Marie Garza, 42, on suspicions of 1) negligent driving first, 2) 3rd degree driving while license suspended, and 3) ignition interlock license violation.
