We hear constantly about retail store blatant thefts - shopping carts full of stuff and employees directed to not stop them. Why are there no arrests of them when numerous instances on here routinely for a simple license suspension - which can happen for simply not paying a ticket fine on time - automatic suspension. But let the thieves run free. Guess its eadier to sit in patrol car and run licenses on computer than sit in Safeway or Lowes parking lots to grab thieves running with product
