On 09/19/23 at 12:05 AM in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested David J. Lipscomb, 41, on suspicions of 1) misdemeanor warrant, 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended and 3) ignition interlock license violation.
On 09/19/23 at 9:59 PM in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Stephanie Marita Hodge, 30, on suspicion of 1st degree criminal trespass.
