On 11/21/23 at 11:32 AM in the 8200 block of Quinault Drive NE, police arrested Zachary Scott Howell, 37, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 11/21/23 at 7:19 AM in the 5900 block of LittleRock Road SW, police arrested Norman Clar Hjelm, 57, on suspicion of 3rd degree – theft shoplifting.

On 11/21/23 at 8:36 AM in the 16500 block of SR 507, police arrested Jeffrey R. Kirkwood, 46, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.
On 11/21/23 at 11:02 AM in the 700 block of Prairie Park LN NE, police arrested Kyla R. Cardey, 20, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, and 2) 3rd degree malicious mischief.
