On 05/09/23 at 10:07 p.m. in the 1300 block of Stillwell Dr NE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Terrance William Sullivan, 42, on suspicion of 1) eluding a police vehicle and 2) possession of a stolen vehicle.

Lacey Police Department

On 05/09/23 at 10:53 p.m. in the 5600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested David Justin Lyon, 37, on an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 05/09/23 at 10:24 a.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Hwy SE, police arrested Mark S Ask, 59, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 05/09/23 at 9:05 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested David E Benner, 37, on suspicion of 1) theft and 2) first-degree trespassing.

On 05/09/23 at 5:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Mariah Marie Cunningham, 29, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

On 05/09/23 at 11:14 a.m. in the 6000 block of 13th Ave SE, police arrested Hyun Chang Kim, 39, on an out-of-town felony warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 05/09/23 at 11:03 p.m. in the 5000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested David Justin Lyon, 36, on an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 05/09/23 at 10:12 p.m. in the 1100 block of Cooper Point Rd SW, police arrested Timon Joseph Pitts, 34, on suspicion of 1) failure to transfer title within 45 days and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 05/09/23 at 1:03 p.m. in the 500 block of Washington St SE, police arrested Theodore B London, 46, on suspicion of trespass.

On 05/09/23 at 11:18 a.m. in the 200 block of A Ave NE/Franklin St NE, police arrested Morgan J Johnston, 41, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 05/09/23 at 2:04 a.m. in the 2400 block of Harrison Ave NW, police arrested Christian Anthoney Atwell, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving without a license and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days.

Yelm Police Department

On 05/09/23 at 10:24 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Hwy SE, police arrested Mark S Ask, 59, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.
