Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 5/21/24 at 12:18 p.m. in the 1400 block of Alki Street NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Miles Adam Brown, 29, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, and 2) harassment.

On 5/21/24 at 6:02 p.m. in the 16800 block of Canal Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Mikel Neal Chapman, 36, on suspicion of harassment.

On 5/21/24 at 10:22 p.m. in the 3200 block of Ferguson Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Petr Leoni Zadniprovskiy, 62, on suspicion of 3rd degree assault – nurse/physician/health care provider.

Lacey Police Department

On 5/21/24 at 1:30 a.m. in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Derle Wayne Mickler, 46, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) possession of a legend drug.

On 5/21/24 at 8:43 a.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Alithea Marie Folk, 27, on suspicions of 1) malicious mischief, and 2) 2nd degree trespassing.

On 5/21/24 at 1:02 p.m. in the 4300 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Lindsay Elizabeth Hall, 43, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree burglary, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 5/21/24 at 6:07 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Joseph David Montgomery, 35, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 5/21/24 at 12:29 a.m. in the 500 block of Yauger Way SW, police arrested Jesse M. Sullivan, 51, on suspicion of vehicle prowl.

On 5/21/24 at 11:26 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Eric P. Palladino, 33, on suspicions of 1) obstructing an officer, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/21/24 at 10:32 p.m. in the 800 block of 13th Avenue SE, police arrested Elizabeth M. Atkinson, 29, on suspicions of 1) residential burglary, and 2) no contact order violation.

Yelm Police Department

On 5/21/24 at 12:36 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Steven Wayne Dungan, 55, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/21/24 at 1:53 a.m. in the 16500 block of SR 507, police arrested Mark R. Bell, 67, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
