On 3/5/24 at 10:55 AM in the 400 block of Tumwater Boulevard, Sheriff’s deputies arrested John James Dale Whittaker, 47, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree driving while license suspended, and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days.
