Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 3/11/25 at 5:49 a.m. in Thurston County Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Jerome Lewis, 39, on suspicion of second-degree attempted escape.

On 3/11/25 at 2:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of Greenridge Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Carrie Ann Knighten, 51, on suspicions of 1) protection order violation, 2) residential burglary, and 3) other charges.

On 3/11/25 at 7:28 p.m. in the 500 block of Overhulse Road NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nathanangel Lathaniel Surita, 27, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

Lacey Police Department

On 3/11/25 at 9:27 p.m. in the 1100 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Matthew Richard Evans, 33, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/11/25 at 11:13 p.m. in the 5600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Danica Ann Nikolich, 44, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 3/11/25 at 10:35 a.m. in the 100 block of 7th Avenue SE/Capitol Way S, police arrested Victor Orlando Garza-Marichalar, 38, on suspicions of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/11/25 at 4:41 p.m. in the 500 block of Pattison Street SE, police arrested Brian Christopher Phillips, 31, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

Tumwater Police Department

On 3/11/25 at 1:55 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested Damon Keith Burgess, 58, on suspicions of 1) third-degree theft shoplifting, and 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.

Yelm Police Department

On 3/11/25 at 3:17 p.m. in the 300 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jeannie Rol McDaniel, 59, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/11/25 at 4:08 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Reginald M. Coleman, 53, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 3/11/25 at 5:55 p.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jeramy C. Heikkila, 48, on suspicion of anti-harassment order violation.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
