On 7/16/24 at 9:05 p.m. in the 4100 block of Fir Tree Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Dale Vansyckle, 62, on suspicions of 1) anti-harassment order, and 2) indecent exposure.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/16/24 at 1:01 a.m. in the 5600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Anthony Neil White, 51, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/16/24 at 3:16 a.m. in the 4200 block of 6th Avenue SE, police arrested Timothy Shawn Oleary, 25, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree trespassing, and 2) resisting arrest.

On 7/16/24 at 9:37 a.m. in the 500 block of College Street SE, police arrested Michael William Pond, 32, on suspicion of 2nd degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/16/24 at 8:46 p.m. in the 2700 block of Martin Way E/Devoe Street NE, police arrested Brenda Lee Christensen, 22, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/16/24 at 8:51 p.m. in the 600 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested James Edward Zilsdorf, 46, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

Tumwater Police Department

On 7/16/24 at 3:14 p.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Donald Philip Dimascio, 54, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.

On 7/16/24 at 10:35 p.m. in the 500 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Austin J. Duncan, 21, on suspicion of 2nd degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/16/24 at 1:33 p.m. in the 15000 block of Tahoma Boulevard SE, police arrested Benjamin T. McCloud, 42, on suspicion of protection order violation.

On 7/16/24 at 6:42 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Todd R. Snodgrass, 34, on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

On 7/16/24 at 9:10 p.m. in the 17500 block of SR 507, police arrested Brett David Landrud, 65, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/16/24 at 9:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Crystal Court NW, police arrested Joshua Frank Hottinger, 27, on suspicion of 2nd degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
