Only two arrests were reported by the city police departments in Thurston County yesterday, a record low since The JOLT started publishing these.
Olympia Police Department
At 9:49 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of East Bay Drive Northeast, police arrested Christopher M. Dailey, 48, on an out-of-town warrant.
Tumwater Police Department
At 8:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Second Avenue Southwest, police arrested Jennifer L. Ruelos, 38, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.
An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
