Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 5/3/22 at 10:25 p.m. at a gas station near the I-5 Exit 63, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Austin Michael Eagles, 22, on suspicion of 1) burglary in the first degree while armed with a deadly weapon, 2) theft of a firearm and 3) theft in the second degree.

On 5/3/22 at 12:40 p.m. at the Thurston County Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Danny William French, 40, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver heroin while armed, 2) unlawful possession of a controlled substance synthetic narcotic while armed and 3) unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree.

Lacey Police Department 

On 5/3/22 at 12:14 p.m. in the 5300 block of College St SE, police arrested Taylor Lee Thompson, 20, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 5/3/22 at 6:08 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Joshua S Bailey, 34, on suspicion of trespassing in the second degree. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 5/3/22 at 8:55 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Jesse Gordon Schofield, 26, on suspicion of failure to comply. 

On 5/3/22 at 9:27 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Ian D Clark, 47, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 5/3/22 at 3:29 p.m. in the 1900 block of Miller Ave NE, police arrested Austin David Bartlett, 28, on suspicion of harassment. 

On 5/3/22 at 3:31 p.m. in the 400 block of Lilly Rd NE, police arrested Elliot Miyokawa Wendel, 31, on suspicion of 1) assault in the third degree, 2) malicious mischief in the second degree and 3) criminal trespassing.  

Tumwater Police Department 

On 5/3/22 at 1:04 a.m. in the 400 block of 93rd Ave SE, police arrested Souen Setbun, 32, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 5/3/22 at 8:17 a.m. in the 5700 block of Littlerock Rd SW, police arrested Jesse Gordon Schofield, 26, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 5/3/22 at 9:16 p.m. in the 1000 block of Marshall Dr SE, police arrested a man on suspicion of 1) assault of child in the third degree and 2) assault in the fourth degree. 

Yelm Police Department 

On 5/3/22 at 7:59 p.m. in the 8900 block of Burnett Rd SE, police arrested Daniel D Newhouse, 19, on suspicion of 1) assault in the second degree and 2) burglary in the second degree. 

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
