Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 2/8/22 at 3:50 a.m. at Sampan Restaurant, Sheriff's deputies arrested Trey Elisha Madigan, 31, on suspicion of first-degree robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, first-degree assault while armed with a deadly weapon, and felony harassment.

On 2/8/22 at 11:50 p.m. in the 6600 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff's deputies arrested Mary Ellen Mason, 34, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, second-degree robbery, and third-degree malicious mischief.

On 2/8/22 at 10:27 p.m. in the 19100 block of Jare St SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Douglas Daryl Nedrow, 55, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

 Lacey Police Department

On 2/8/22 at 12:41 a.m. in the 1200 block of Galaxy Dr NE, police arrested Kyle Eugene Dabel, 32, for an out-of-town warrant.

On 2/8/22 at 4:49 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Dr NE, police Joseph J Kida, 44, on suspicion of theft all other larceny.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/8/22 at 12:23 a.m. in the 500 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Halis Carter Hankins, 25, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

On 2/8/22 at 4:41 a.m. in the 1000 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Trace Richard Kong, 33, on suspicion of malicious mischief in the third degree.

On 2/8/22 at 4:47 a.m. in the 700 block of Kinwood St SE, police arrested Tony Carl Johnson, 54, on suspicion of 1) assault and 2) interfering with reporting of a domestic violence.  

On 2/8/22 at 6:45 a.m. in the 1200 block 4th Ave E, police arrested Donte Joseph David, 33, intimidating a witness and 2) violation of court order.

On 2/8/22 at 7:05 a.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested April D Forbes-Damaske, 34, on suspicion of criminal trespassing.

On 2/8/22 at 7:05 a.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Rhonda F Sparks, 60, on suspicion criminal trespass.

On 2/8/22 at 2:14 p.m. in the 2300 block of Water St SW, police arrested Robert Martin Raboin, 59, on suspicion of civil harassment order.

On 2/8/22 at 3:29 p.m. in the 1000 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Dante Joseph Davis, 33, on suspicion of intimidating a witness and 2) violation of no contact order.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
