Olympia Police Department

At 1:12 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Caton Way Southwest, police arrested Patrick R. Powell, 30, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Alta Street Southwest, police arrested Jaden M. Crofton, 24, and Hunter N. Ramseyer-Aldrich, 24, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

At 6:41 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Pattison Street Southeast, police arrested Austin M. Lanphier, 23, on suspicion of property damage.

At 11:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Richard W. Maier, 65, on suspicion of property damage.

At 11:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Evergreen Park Drive Southwest, police arrested Garrett C. Mauro, 31, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Lacey Police Department

At 7:52 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Caitlin R. Pittenger, 29, on suspicion of shoplifting.

At 9:32 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast, police arrested Katie M. Ballinger, 38, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

At 11:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 4200 block of Third Avenue Southeast, police arrested Lorraine K. Little, 32, on an out-of-town warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

At 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Irving Street Southwest, police arrested Rafael M. Alegria, 19, on suspicion of violation of a court order.

At 8:54 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of 54th Avenue Southwest, police arrested Albert L. Christian, 61, on suspicion of driving under the influence and refusing information to an officer.

At 10:11 p.m. Tuesday in the 6900 block of Capitol Boulevard South, police arrested Garrick A. Eckhardt, 29, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Yelm Police Department

At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Danielle J. McDonald, 40, on suspicion of second-degree shoplifting.

At 6:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Brian E. Justus, 35, on suspicion of third-degree shoplifting.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
