At 10:24 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast, police arrested William J. Haynes, 34, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 5:24 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Capitol Way South, police arrested Riley J. Evans, 26, on suspicion of property damage.

At 6:18 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Adams Street Southeast, police arrested Monty D. Simmons, 30, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Eva B. Mearns, 27, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

At 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jason M. Fasenmyer, 39, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

At 7:24 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Richard W. Maier, 65, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

At 8:03 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Blake Lake Boulevard Southwest, police arrested Nathanial J. Kuczmarski, 27, on suspicion of theft.

At 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Nathaniel J. Kuczmarski, 27, on suspicion of failure to comply.

At 9:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard, police arrested Nathanial J. Kuczmarski, 27, on two Olympia warrants.

At 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jason M. Fasenmyer, 39, on suspicion of an ignition interlock violation.

At 10:17 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Courtside Street Southwest, police arrested Justus R.D. Crofton, 26, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 12:26 a.m. Tuesday in the 7200 block of Mullen Road Southeast, police arrested Eric J. Andreas, 48, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 12:51 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Jazlyne R. Herron, 27, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast, police arrested Bernardo Sanchez, 30, on suspicion of simple assault.

Yelm Police Department

At 5:29 p.m. Tuesday in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Maranda L. Williams, 35, on suspicion of third-degree theft.
