On 09/21/23 at 10:36 AM in the 8100 block of Rich Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terri Lynn Anderson, 48, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 09/21/23 at 10:47 AM in the 4600 block of 24th Avenue SE, police arrested James Salome Knight, 20, on suspicions of 1) simple assault and 2) interfering with reporting of a domestic violence.

On 09/21/23 at 8:38 PM in the 600 block of College Street SE, police arrested Matthew David Diamond, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 09/21/23 at 11:07 PM in the 8300 block of Wartin Way E, police arrested Anthony Mark Berndt, 37, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/21/23 at 11:31 PM in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Joseph Edward Tincknell, 31, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/21/23 at 12:35 PM in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Jonathan Tavita Maae, 27, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/21/23 at 6:09 PM in the 2200 block of Cooper PT Auto Mall Drive SW, police arrested Timon Joseph Pitts, 34, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 09/21/23 at 7:27 PM in the 300 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Kemar K. Tigner, 31, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 09/21/23 at 8:12 PM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Misty Michelle Wilkins, 44, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 09/21/23 at 8:30 PM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Brye P. McGhee, 33, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/21/23 at 9:20 AM in the 9500 block of Solberg CT SE, police arrested David Arthur Busby, 58, on suspicion of 2nd degree criminal trespass.
