On 9/17/26 at 8:27 p.m. in the 11100 block of Winlock Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Marvin Lininger, 58, on suspicion of distribution to persons under 18.

On 9/17/26 at 1:05 a.m. in the 500 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Micah Thomas Martini, 44, on suspicion of 1) second-degree malicious mischief, 2) disorderly conduct, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 9/17/26 at 5:38 a.m. in the 3300 block of Mercury Circle SE, police arrested Visakha Som, 47, on suspicion of 1) assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 9/17/26 at 11:24 a.m. in the 500 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Malachi R. Tyler, 18, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/17/26 at 5:48 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Randy Dean Rich, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/17/26 at 8:33 a.m. in the 4800 block of Rural Road SW, police arrested Javaris L. Haggins, 39, on suspicion of residential burglary.
On 9/17/26 at 10:53 p.m. in the 300 block of Deschutes Parkway SW, police arrested Micah Anthony Labaron, 52, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
