On 11/2/23 at 3:24 PM in the 600 block of Memory CT SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Herbert Bige, 51, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault and 2) harassment.
On 11/2/23 at 1:15 PM in the Railway Road SE/Bridge Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested William Ray Lucas, 46, on suspicions of 1) possession of stolen vehicle and 2) possession/use of controlled substance.

On 11/2/23 at 1:59 AM in the 9200 block of Orion Drive NE, police arrested Abel Jesus Sandoval, 23, on suspicions of 1) misdemeanor warrant and 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended.
On 11/2/23 at 9:51 AM in the 2600 block of Willamette Drive NE, police arrested Matthew David Garretson, 39, on suspicions of protection order violation and 2) 2nd degree trespassing.
On 11/2/23 at 8:30 PM in the 800 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Shane M. McKeller, 33, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 11/2/23 at 11:33 AM in the 300 block of Columbia Street NW, police arrested Kemar K. Tigner, 31, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 11/2/23 at 12:51 AM in the 400 block of Lee Street SW, police arrested James R. McWilliams, 27, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault and 2) 3rd degree theft – all other theft.
On 11/2/23 at 10:47 AM in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Jacob Roy Manzo, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.
