On 4/4/24 at 4:20 PM in the 7300 block of Scatterview Lane SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amy Jo Vessey, 19, on suspicion of protection order violation.

On 4/4/24 at 10:25 PM in the 2000 block of Maple Valley Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Alexander Emmick, 42, on suspicion of civil anti-harassment order violation.

On 4/4/24 at 10:52 PM in the 17200 block of Canal Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Paul Edward Reed, 38, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/4/24 at 11:21 PM in the 1300 block of Still Well Street NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Antonio Damon Fossett, 34, on suspicion of possession and use of controlled substance.

On 4/4/24 at 11:52 PM in the 500 block of Carpenter Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jade Scott Prater, 26, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Lacey Police Department

On 4/4/24 at 9:44 AM in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Michael James Gardner, 34, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) 1st degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 4/4/24 at 5:08 PM in the 9300 block of Case Road SW, police arrested Jared R. Teer, 43, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) reckless endangerment.

On 4/4/24 at 5:25 PM in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Casey Dean Beglinger, 51, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.

On 4/4/24 at 8:31 PM in the 4200 block of 23rd Avenue NE, police arrested David Allen Agosto, 56, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

On 4/4/24 at 3:19 PM in the 1000 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, police arrested Shayne Alexander Weller, 25, on suspicion of no contact order violation.

On 4/4/24 at 8:46 PM in the 700 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Levi C. Acosta, 31, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/4/24 at 11:46 AM in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Jacquelin Rostran-Martinez, 27, on suspicions of 1) hit and run attended, and 2) 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
