On 09/17/23 at 9:20 PM in the 1300 block of Hyak CT NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Dalton Tozer, on suspicion of 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 09/17/23 at 10:21 PM in the 5200 Kinney Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryan James Porter, 30, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/17/23 at 12:30 AM in the 4000 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Scott James Gurley, 37, on suspicion of 2nd degree trespassing.

On 09/17/23 at 6:41 PM in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Chance Larue Perez, 24, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/17/23 at 10:50 PM in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney, police arrested Jeffrey Morris Gossard, 64, on suspicion of 2nd degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 09/17/23 at 9:31 PM in the 2500 block of 79th Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony Lee Samlock, 52, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/17/23 at 11:50 PM in the 1200 block of S Evergreen Park Drive SW/Bristol CT SW, police arrested Frank William Wallace, 34, on suspicions of 1) possession of a stolen vehicle, 2) out-of-town felony warrant and 3) 2nd degree theft – all other theft.

Tumwater Police Department

On 09/17/23 at 9:31 AM in the 2500 block of 79th Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony Lee Samlock, 52, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/17/23 at 12:19 PM in the 500 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Travis Glenn Summers, 40, on suspicions of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic and 2) 2nd degree criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/17/23 at 9:20 AM in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Erick Flores, 29, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/17/23 at 6:04 PM in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Joseph J. Murray, 18, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/17/23 at 9:59 PM in the 16500 block of SR 507, police arrested Austin A. Rogers, 29, on suspicion of physical control.
